HPI-1 (hydrate)
HPI-1 hydrate is a selective Hedgehog pathway inhibitor (IC50=1.5 μM) that acts downstream of Smoothened, blocking Gli-mediated signaling and proliferation. It is used in vitro and in vivo to study Hh-driven processes, including cancer and developmental biology research, without affecting Wnt signaling at relevant concentrations.
