YW1128 is a potent small molecule inhibitor of the Wnt/β-catenin pathway, exhibiting an IC50 of 4.1 nM. It reduces β-catenin and elevates Axin1 protein levels in vitro. In vivo, it ameliorates diet-induced metabolic dysfunction, improving glucose tolerance and reducing hepatic steatosis in mouse models.
