AP39 Free base
AP39 is a mitochondria-targeted hydrogen sulfide donor used in research. It enhances porcine islet survival in culture and ameliorates doxorubicin-induced cardiac fibrosis in models by modulating mitophagy via the AMPK-ULK1-FUNDC1 pathway and suppressing pyroptosis.
