TRAP-6 Peptide (trifluoroacetate salt)

TRAP-6 is a hexapeptide agonist of protease-activated receptor 1 (PAR1), effective in inducing platelet aggregation in vitro (EC50 = 0.8 μM) . In vivo studies in anesthetized rats show it elicits a triphasic blood pressure response, supporting its use in cardiovascular and thrombosis research.
