Natriuretic Peptide, C-Type (1-22) (CNP-22, CNP)

Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes human Natriuretic Peptide, C-Type (1-22). Crossreactivity: CNP-22 (rat, porcine, mouse), CNP-53 (porcine, rat). Does not react with CNP-53 (1-29) (porcine or rat), a-ANP (1-28) (human or canine), rat ANF, porcine BNP-32, rat BNP-45,|Substance P, Urodilatin or Endothelin-1 (human, rat, porcine, mouse, canine, bovine).
