Renin Fluorogenic Substrate

This fluorogenic renin substrate contains a Dabcyl-quenched EDANS fluorophore linked to the native renin peptide sequence. Upon cleavage, it yields a fluorescent product (ex/em ~340/490 nm), enabling sensitive renin activity assays for cardiovascular and renal research in both in vitro and cell-based studies.
