Gly-Arg-AMC is a fluorogenic substrate specific for cathepsin C (dipeptidyl peptidase I) . Enzymatic cleavage releases the fluorescent AMC moiety (Ex/Em ~350/450 nm), enabling sensitive activity measurement in vitro for research areas including inflammation and immune cell protease function.
