PBD-BODIPY is a spectrophotometric and fluorescent probe for monitoring autoxidation and epoxidation reactions. It is widely used in cell-free assays to quantify radical-trapping antioxidant activity and has been applied in both in vitro and in vivo research to study lipid peroxidation and oxidative stress.
