Prostaglandin Bx

PGBx is a low molecular weight (1,000-1,500) oligomeric mixture of PGB1 with demonstrated antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Its cytoprotective effects, linked to sPLA2 inhibition, have been shown in vitro in mitochondrial studies and in vivo, where it significantly reduced ulcer incidence in rat models at 1 mg/kg.
