Coumarin-SAHA

C-SAHA is a fluorescent derivative of the HDAC inhibitor SAHA, where the anilino cap is replaced by a 7-amino-4-methylcoumarin group. This probe competitively inhibits class I/II HDACs and exhibits fluorescence excitation/emission maxima at 325/400 nm, enabling its use in tracking HDAC activity in both in vitro and cellular research applications.
