10-Pyrene-PC
10-Pyrene-PC is a fluorogenic phospholipid substrate for most phospholipase A2 (PLA2) enzymes, excluding cPLA2 and PAF-AH. Its hydrolysis releases fluorescent 10-pyrenyldecanoic acid (ex/em 345/395 nm), enabling continuous, sensitive quantitation of PLA2 activity in both in vitro enzymatic assays and cellular research models.
