DTAGV-1
This small molecule degrader selectively targets proteins fused to the mutant FKBP12F36V, inducing their degradation via the VHL E3 ligase pathway. It has demonstrated utility in vitro and in vivo, for example in degrading oncogenic FKBP12F36V-EWS/FLI fusions to inhibit proliferation in Ewing sarcoma models. The system enables targeted protein knockdown for functional studies in various research fields.
