AAF-CMK (trifluoroacetate salt)
Tripeptidyl peptidase II (TPPII) is a subtilisin-type serine peptidase that cleaves tripeptides from oligopeptide N-termini. The irreversible inhibitor AAF-CMK (10-100 μM) selectively targets TPPII without affecting proteasomal chymotrypsin-like activity, though it also inhibits bleomycin hydrolase and puromycin-sensitive aminopeptidase at 50 μM. This compound is a valuable tool for studying intracellular protein degradation pathways in both cellular and biochemical assays.
