Ansatrienin A
Ansatrienin A is an ansamycin antibiotic isolated from Streptomyces species. It potently inhibits bone resorption and pp60c-src kinase in vitro and demonstrates synergistic effects with several chemotherapeutic agents. This compound is also an oxidized derivative of ansatrienin B.
