(R, R) -CXCR2-IN-2 is a brain-penetrant CXCR2 antagonist, a diastereoisomer of compound 68. It demonstrates potent antagonistic activity with a pIC50 of 9.0 in the Tango assay and 6.8 in a human whole blood CD11b expression assay. This compound is a valuable research tool for investigating CXCR2-mediated neuroinflammation in both in vitro and in vivo models.
