Caylin-1
Caylin-1 is a chlorinated analog of the p53-MDM2 interaction inhibitor Nutlin-3. While less potent in growth inhibition at high doses, it exhibits a unique biphasic effect by promoting HCT116 cell proliferation at low concentrations. This compound is a valuable research tool for studying p53 pathway dynamics and context-dependent cell fate decisions in vitro.
