STO-609 acetate
STO-609 acetate is a potent, cell-permeable inhibitor that selectively targets CaM-KKα and CaM-KKβ by competing at their ATP-binding sites. It exhibits high selectivity, showing over 80-fold preference for CaM-KK over several other kinases. This inhibitor is widely used in vitro to study CaM-KK signaling pathways in metabolism, cellular stress, and neuronal function.
