IgG, F(ab')2 (FITC)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.

Recognizes chicken IgG. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-fluorescein, anti-rabbit serum, chicken IgG, chicken IgG F(ab')2 and chicken Serum. No reaction was observed against chicken IgG F(c).
