C-type Natriuretic Peptide-22 (CNP-22, CNP)

Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O/PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes human CNP-22. Species Crossreactivity: CNP-22 (rat, mouse, porcine), CNP-53 (rat, porcine). Does not react with CNP-53 aa1-29 (rat, porcine), alpha-ANP aa1-28 (human, canine, porcine, bovine), ANF (rat, rabbit, mouse), Endothelin-1 (human, rat, porcine, mouse, canine, bovine), porcine BNP-32, rat BNP-45, Substance P, or Urodilatin.
