Rineterkib hydrochloride is an orally bioavailable RAF and ERK1/2 inhibitor used in research targeting cancers driven by MAPK pathway mutations. Its activity is studied in vitro and in vivo for KRAS- and BRAF-mutant cancers, including NSCLC, pancreatic, colorectal, and ovarian cancers.
