Rp-8-CPT-cAMPS sodium
Rp-8-CPT-cAMP is a lipophilic, hydrolysis-resistant cAMP analog that acts as a potent and site-selective antagonist of protein kinase A (PKA) isoforms I and II. By competitively binding the regulatory subunits, it effectively blocks PKA activation and is widely used in both in vitro and in vivo studies of cAMP/PKA signaling pathways.
