DMBA
DMBA (7,12-Dimethylbenz[a]anthracene) is a potent carcinogenic PAH widely used in research to model various cancers, including breast, skin, and lung cancer, in vivo. It also serves as a tool to study apoptosis mechanisms, as demonstrated in murine B-cell lymphoma cell lines in vitro.
