Caspase-9, active, cleaved (CASP-9, Apoptotic Protease Mch-6, Apoptotic Protease-activating Factor 3, APAF-3, ICE-like Apoptotic Protease 6, ICE-LAP6, CASP9, MCH6)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes human active, cleaved Caspase-9. May recognize the proform of caspase-9. On Western Blot, the proform is detected at ~50-60kD, the large subunit at ~35kD, and the small subunit at ~15kD. Intermediate cleavage forms may also be observed at ~21kD. Species Crossreactivity: canine, gerbil, mouse and rat.
