Ac-FLTD-CMK
Ac-FLTD-CMK is a cell-permeable, irreversible inhibitor derived from abscisicin D that selectively targets inflammatory caspases. It potently inhibits caspase-1, -4, and -11 (with IC50 values in the nM to μM range) but not caspase-3, making it a useful tool for studying pyroptosis and inflammasome biology in cellular and animal models of inflammation.
