AS-99 TFA is a potent and selective ASH1L histone methyltransferase inhibitor with anti-leukemic activity. It demonstrates efficacy in cellular assays by blocking proliferation and inducing apoptosis, and reduces leukemia burden in vivo through downregulation of MLL fusion target genes.
