D-threo Sphinganine (d18:0)
D-threo Sphinganine (d18:0) is a synthetic stereoisomer of sphinganine that induces autophagy in HCT116 cells at 12 μM. In vivo studies, such as in rat liver models, show it is metabolized by sphinganine N-acyltransferase and sphinganine kinase, supporting its use in sphingolipid metabolism and autophagy research.
