OH-C-Chol
OH-C-Chol is a cationic cholesterol derivative used to formulate lipoplexes with DOPE for nucleic acid delivery. These lipoplexes enable siRNA-mediated gene silencing in vitro, such as in MCF-7 cells, and show in vivo application for liver-targeted delivery following intravenous injection in mice.
