Enteropeptidase Fluorogenic Substrate (trifluoroacetate salt)

This fluorogenic substrate contains a 7-amino-4-trifluoromethylcoumarin (AFC) moiety and is specifically cleaved by enteropeptidase at the DDDDK sequence. The released AFC allows sensitive quantification of enteropeptidase activity (Ex/Em 380/500 nm), facilitating protease research in vitro and studies of intestinal enzyme function.
