6,7-ADTN HBr
ADTN hydrobromide is a dopamine receptor agonist with EC50 values of 3.5 μM and 0.65 μM in rat striatal and nucleus accumbens homogenates, respectively. It stimulates cAMP production in striatal tissue, an effect that is antagonized by fluphenazine. This compound is a useful research tool for studying dopaminergic signaling in both in vitro and in vivo models of neurotransmission and related disorders.
