N-Palmitoyl Glycine
N-Palmitoyl glycine (PalGly) is an endogenous acyl amide lipid that modulates pain and inflammation. It is found at high levels in skin and brain, and research shows it inhibits nociceptive neuron firing in vivo and induces calcium influx in DRG cells in vitro (EC50 = 5.5 μM) .
