Celecoxib Carboxylic Acid Acyl-β-D-Glucuronide
Celecoxib carboxylic acid acyl-β-D-glucuronide is a minor phase II metabolite of the selective COX-2 inhibitor celecoxib. This glucuronide conjugate is useful for studying celecoxib metabolism and pharmacokinetics in both in vitro enzymatic assays and in vivo models, as it accounts for approximately 2% of the administered dose excreted in urine and bile.
