PROTAC IDO1 Degrader-1
PROTAC IDO1 Degrader-1 is a novel small molecule that induces the ubiquitin-proteasome degradation of IDO1 via CRBN E3 ligase recruitment (DC50 = 2.84 μM) . This degradation mechanism can be applied in cancer immunotherapy research, as it has been shown to enhance the antitumor activity of HER2-targeted CAR-T cells in vitro.
