Ac-PAL-AMC
Ac-PAL-AMC is a selective fluorogenic substrate for the immunoproteasome subunit β1i/LMP2. Its cleavage releases fluorescent AMC (Ex/Em 351/430 nm), enabling specific activity measurement in both in vitro assays and research on immunoproteasome function in immune responses and disease models.
