BIRT-377

BIRT-377 is a potent, orally bioavailable negative allosteric inhibitor of the ICAM-1/LFA-1 interaction (Ki = 25.8 nM) . It suppresses IL-2 production and is utilized in research models of inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, including in vitro adhesion assays and in vivo studies of immune cell recruitment.
