Oxaprotiline
Oxaprotiline is a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor and histamine H1 receptor antagonist investigated for treating major depressive disorder. Although not commercially marketed, it has been utilized in preclinical research to study antidepressant mechanisms in both in vitro binding assays and in vivo animal models.
