Phox-I1
Phox-I1 is a selective small molecule inhibitor of the NADPH oxidase 2 (NOX2) complex. It functions by disrupting the critical protein-protein interaction between the p67phox subunit and Rac GTPase, thereby blocking superoxide production. This inhibitor is a valuable research tool for studying NOX2's role in oxidative stress, inflammation, and related pathologies in both cellular and animal models.
