Storage Conditions
May be stored at 4 °C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4 °C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Specificity
Protein A/G/L binds to all IgG subclasses from various mammalian species, including all IgGs that bind to Protein A, Protein G, and Protein L, individually. The binding capacity is greater than 10mg/ml of gel. High flow rate. Low falling off of rProtein A/G/L. pH stability 2-10.
