Embusartan
Embusartan (BAY 10-6734) is an orally bioavailable, nonpeptide angiotensin II type 1 receptor antagonist. It is utilized in hypertension research to investigate mechanisms of vasoconstriction and cardiovascular regulation in both in vitro binding assays and in vivo animal models.
