Caspase 3, active, Recombinant, Human (CPP-32, Apoptain, Yama, SCA-1)

For long-term storage, store at -70 °C. Lyophilized product is stable for 12 months at -70 °C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS, 15 % glycerol. Reconstituted product is stable for 3-6 months at -70 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
