Ono 4007
ONO-4007 is a synthetic, low-toxicity lipid A analog that induces tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) production, leading to the rejection of transplanted tumors. It has demonstrated therapeutic efficacy in research models of TNF-α-sensitive cancers, including hepatocellular carcinoma, in both in vitro and in vivo experimental settings.
