Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 °C. Stable for 12 months at -20 °C. Reconstitute with 0.1M Acetate buffer pH4. Aliquot and store at -20 °C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Specificity

The amino acid sequence of the Recombinant Human sPLA2-IIA is 100% homologous to the amino acid sequence of the human Secreted Phospholipase A2-IIA.
