Lyophilized powder may be stored at -70 °C. Stable for 12 months at -20 °C. Reconstitute with ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -70 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Leptin, LERP is expressed at high levels in hematopoietic stem cells, lymphohematopoietic cell lines, as well as adult reproductive organs. Several isoforms of LEPR have been identified, and LEPR Structurally contains two hemopoietin receptor domains, a fibronectin type III domain and a WSZWS domain within the extracellular region.
