Protein L, Recombinant, Peptostreptococcus Magnus (Agarose)

May be stored at 4 °C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4 °C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Protein L binds to all IgG subclasses from human, mouse and rat species. It also binds to human, mouse, and rat IgM, IgA, IgE, and IgD, as well as Fab and K light chains. Protein L is also superior for binding to chicken, Hamster and pig IgG.
