NVS-PAK1-1 is a potent, ATP-competitive allosteric inhibitor of PAK1, exhibiting single-digit nM IC50 values against both its phosphorylated and dephosphorylated forms with good selectivity over PAK2. This small molecule is a valuable research tool for studying PAK1 signaling in cancer cell proliferation, invasion, and in vivo tumor models.
