5-cis Carbaprostacyclin
5-cis Carbaprostacyclin is a stable PGI2 analog and an isomer of carbaprostacyclin. It acts as a weak inhibitor of human platelet aggregation and a very weak relaxant of rabbit mesenteric artery, while also antagonizing carbaprostacyclin-induced adenylate cyclase activation. This compound is used in vascular and platelet research to study prostanoid receptor signaling and function.
