IL-4-inhibitor-1
This small molecule IL-4 inhibitor selectively binds IL-4 (Kd = 1.8 μM) to block the IL-4/JAK1/STAT6 signaling pathway, as demonstrated by its inhibition of IL-4-induced STAT6 phosphorylation in THP-1 cells. It is a valuable research tool for studying type 2 immune responses in asthma and allergy models, both in vitro and in vivo.
