Streptochlorin
Streptochlorin is a bacterial metabolite with antiangiogenic, antiproliferative, and anti-allergic properties. It inhibits NF-κB signaling and Syk/Src kinases, reducing viability in Hep3B cells and degranulation in mast cells. In vivo, it alleviates symptoms in a mouse model of allergic dermatitis.
