SX-517 is a potent non-competitive dual antagonist of CXCR1/2 receptors. It exhibits anti-inflammatory activity by inhibiting CXCL-1-induced calcium mobilization and CXCL-8-mediated GTPγS binding, while also suppressing ERK1/2 phosphorylation in cellular assays and mouse models.
