Bupicomide
Bupicomide is a dopamine beta-hydroxylase inhibitor that reduces norepinephrine synthesis from dopamine, exhibiting antihypertensive and vasodilatory effects. It is used as a research tool in pharmacological studies of hypertension, applicable in both in vitro enzyme assays and in vivo animal models.
