CVT-2759
CVT-2759 is a selective A1 adenosine receptor partial agonist. It is utilized in cardiovascular research to study heart rate control, as it can slow AV nodal conduction without inducing significant bradycardia or vasodilation in experimental models. Its mechanism has been investigated in both in vitro binding assays and in vivo hemodynamic studies.
